Custom orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days, as each blade undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before leaving our Houston workshop.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring the items comply with local laws and for any applicable customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I maintain my high-carbon steel blade?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend cleaning and drying your blade immediately after use and applying a thin coat of food-grade mineral oil periodically.
Do your knives come with a warranty?
All Serenity Knives products come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Can I visit your Houston store for professional sharpening?
Absolutely. We offer professional sharpening services at our Houston location. You can drop off your knives during business hours, and they are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours.
